⚖️ Fair Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Upfront Deposit (Kill Fee): Covers preliminary creative exploration, concepts, and calendar allocation. Once creative work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

• Midway Cancellation: If either party cancels prior to final delivery, you are never charged for unbilled balance milestones. Preliminary drafts remain the property of the designer.

• Deliverables Guarantee: Master final files (.ZIP, vectors, high-res deliverables) unlock automatically upon balance settlement. If a designer fails to supply agreed master deliverables following balance payment, clients are entitled to a prompt refund of the balance portion.

🔒 Escrow Milestone Protection

• Watermarked Previews: Previews allow you to review progress and request revisions prior to settling the final balance.

• Automated Release: When payment clears, the delivery vault issues an instant, cryptographic download token releasing high-resolution master source files.

🛡️ Payment Security & Data Privacy

• Card Security: Complete credit card details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are securely processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure (Stripe).

• Isolation: Invoices and files are protected by Row-Level Security, isolated strictly to this project's unguessable secure token.
